Dwight A. Salkey PT, DPT, CEAS, TPI
President
Dwight Salkey is the President/CEO of WORK FIT SOLUTIONS since 2005. He graduated from Loma Linda University with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1987 and from California State University San Bernardino in 1995 with a Masters of Science in Health Service Administration. In May 2015 He completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chapman University, Orange CA. Over the years, He has treated numerous musculoskeletal disorders in a variety of therapy settings. Dwight has developed special interest in the prevention and management of work related injuries and combines his clinical and consultation skills for this patient population.
Dwight is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations , Job Analysis , Job Description and Post Offer Testing through WorkWell Systems Inc. and DSI Work Solutions Inc. He also specializes in Office Ergonomics and Back Safety Awareness and currently spends time working with employers and workers to promote job safety and reduce the incidence of work related injuries.
Some of his clients include Lance, Schwann’s Home Services, Corvel, AIG, Martin Brower, Amerigas, JP Morgan Chase, Met Disability, Lance, Sara Lee, EcoLab, Dish Network, MBM, Cigna among others.

Marise Carroll PT, CEAS
Consultant
Marise Carroll is a certified ergonomics assessment specialist based in Orlando, Florida. Marise graduated in 1988 from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Marise is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida and in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Marise has worked as a Physical Therapist and as an Ergonomics Consultant for several years. She provides onsite training and ergonomic assessments for Employers in a variety of Business organizations. She has been a teacher of Ergonomics Courses at a vocational training institution. She has also done research which has led to being published in two Brazilian Safety Periodicals. She has served on the organizing committee for the Applied Ergonomics Conference since 2011.
Marise has joined WORK-FIT SOLUTIONS as an injury prevention specialist. Marise has received certification in ergonomics from the Back School of Atlanta. She is also certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations, Job Analysis, and Job Function Testing by DSI Work Solutions.

Rebecca Fisher- Sanchez, PT, DPT, CEAS
Consultant
Rebecca Fisher-Sanchez is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who also specializes in Physical Demands Analyses and Ergonomic Assessments. She completed her Doctorate through Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO; and additional training and certification, through the Back School of Atlanta. She currently resides in the Orange County, CA area. Through the years, she has had the opportunity to work one on one with employers, to design and educate employees, in a multitude of health and wellness programs. These have ranged from warm up-stretching programs for agricultural workers, onsite ergonomic instruction, and even Officer ergonomics for local Police forces.
Rebecca has especially enjoyed working closely with Worker’s Compensation Claims examiners and School District employees, in determining whether that employee can or cannot perform their current job duties, through Physical Demands Analyses. She looks forward to expanding her repertoire in a multitude of industries.

Patrick Khoo PT, CAE, CEAS, CHC
Consultant
Patrick is a certified associate ergonomist and certified ergonomics assessment specialist based in Los Angeles. He has worked as a Physical Therapist and Ergonomics Consultant for almost 15 years. He has worked across a broad range of industries including the Worker's Compensation, Disability Health Insurance and Occupational Health environments.
Patrick provides onsite training, ergonomic assessments and job demands analysis for employers across a range of industries.
Patrick graduated in 2003 from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He is a Licensed Physiotherapist in Australia and is currently in the process of attaining his Californian license. Patrick has attained certification in ergonomics through Oxford Research Institute and the Back School of Atlanta, and health coaching through the American Council on Exercise.
Patrick is the father of an energetic and inquisitive 14-month-old, and in the little spare time he has, enjoys going to the movies.
